I Have Been Dealing With Excruciating Pain In My Left

I have been dealing with excruciating pain in my left ear for over a year. I had my wisdom teeth pulled, that didn't help. Went to 2 hospitals they both said I had some fluid in my ear. So I went to a ENT only for him to tell me he doesn't see anything wrong. My pain level is between 8-10 everyday all day. One thing one hospital brought to my attention was I have bad sinuses. I would like to know what else could possibly be causing my ear pain?
