If the Dr has ruled out a heart problem, other ideas may be stress related pain or an upper digestive problem like acid reflux or something. If your digestive tract is acting up it can cause chest pains...like gallbladder or something. I have actually gone to the emergency room with chest pains. Turned out to be an anxiety attack.
