I Have Been Having Sharp Chest Pains, Panic Attacks

i am 19 years old and on government insurance and i think i am not receiving care i need. every time i go to the doc he blows me off or gives me pills and says lets see how that works. for the past few weeks i have been havng sharp chest pains, panic attacks at least every other day, fatigue, extreme cold sweats, and dizzyness. but it isnt constant it comes and goes. does anyone know what this might be. also since I had my child 6 months ago my blood pressure has been a little high. 135/90 i know thats not alot but before pregnancy it was usually 90/60. I am going to the doctor tomorrow and i dont want him to blow me off with this problem.
