I Have Been Having Vomiting With Or Without Diarrhea Off

I have been having vomiting with or without diarrhea off and on for many months. It happens out of no where. I went in to the dr about 2 months ago and he said it might be my gall bladder. It stopped happening since than until the last couple days. I am just at my wits end because its accompanied by a really severe stomach ache that I can hardly stand. Please help me figure this out!
