Hi Tridev;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Fissures are painful & cause more trouble if you have to strain for stools.Firstly take the medicines & take diet rich in fibers meaning to say take enough green leafy vegetables in diet;fruits like water melon ;papaya; sweet lime & any fruit that has fibers and lots of water .Also avoid fatty;fried;& meat in food ;these precautions will help you make stools easy & soft so there won't be need to strain .If required you can take a mild laxative.Also for temporary relief you can apply Anovate or a similar ointment by getting it prescribed by your doctor.
Thanks
Keep your stools loose by using trifla or herbolax. have trifla guggul for early healing apply jatyadi tail locally. Even then if trouble remains visit some ano rectal clinic.
Hi !
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Main cause of fissure is constipation, so avoid it. To prevent this increase your water intake upto 12 to 14 glasses per day, take fibrous fruits, apple,papaya,green leafy vegetables.Avoid taking oily,spicy and junk foods.You can start with Homoeopathic medicines like TABLET Y-LAX , 2 TABLETS AT BED TIME DISSOLVED IN 1/2 CUP OF LUKE WARM WATER AT BED TIME to prevent constipation.
Take Cap.Amroid (Aimil) 2 cap thrice a day
Apply oint Sunarin(Phyto) at the anal site twice and also after passing stools
Do sitz bath using Pottassium permanganate
Drink plenty of water
Have fibre in your diet
