You could be having irritable bladder as well. Better to avoid drinking much water at night. Consult a Urologist and get yourself examined and urine tested for infection as well.

General & Family Physician Dr. Pragnesh Vachharajani's  Response
hi,thanks for query. There are chances of bladder infection again or some urine infection.Blood comes only when you have stone disease or some major infection in bladder.Recurrent burning may be due to acidic urine that you are passing.Better option is to get in touch with a gynecologist and have local examination done to rule out any local infection. Please avoid taking aerated drinks and acidic liquids like juice to reduce burning.Do no hold urine,go for urination before and after sexual act to avoid infection.
wishing you good health.
