I Have Boil Like Bumps On The Inside Of My

I have boil like bumps on the inside of my thighs an on my pubic area there are several of them an I have had them for years. They start off as small tender redish bumps then they get bigger an they start to hurt more. Sometimes they turn a reddish purple color. I have to squeeze them so they pop an go away temporarily. When they pop it is a mixture of pus an blood. I have look up a lot of thing an still haven't found out what it is or the cure.
