I Have Foot Pain With Veins Bulging Out

I have been working out a lot more than usual, lately and after doing a fitness class my foot started to feel sore . It has been about a week and my foot is still sore. I can walk on it okay without limping but it can be uncomfortable at times. The pain is at the top of my left foot more towards the left side and my veins are popping out or bulging in that area when compared to my right foot. What does this mean?

I just searched this sight & found this post. I am having the exact same symptoms in the same place on my left foot after doing my Zumba class, except it really hurts to walk & put pressure on it. I also have some bulging veins around my knee when I get up in the morning which just started around the same time as the pain in my foot. I am on my feet a lot for work & have never had any issues. Does anyone know if this points to a cardiovascular problem?

Bulging veins are called varicose veins unless proved otherwise.. Do you have any history of prolonged standing??
Its best if you consult a vascular surgeon and discuss about the management.
