I Have Fungus In My Face, Please Suggest Me The Remedy For It

Hi doctor, I have small clarification In my face both side (chick) it forms a fungus. How to remove it ? Do u have any ointment ? Now I am in USA .

are you sure that it is fungus and not dry skin?????
