I Have Got Fracture Of My Hand

I HAVE A BONE FRACTURE 10 DAYS BACK. I had an operation (fixing through plate and screws). But while dressing my hand for every 2 days, i observed that i am unable to rotatte my hand. I have doubt whether to do exercises to my hand now or not. Please advice me.

you need to tell this to your doctor. only he can asses what has happened with your rotation of hand. and since it is only 10 days any corrective measures can be taken immideately and your rotation of hand can be restored

I think your doc might advised you... strictly not to rotate now. after 4 weeks you can start doing that slowly, and it is always adviseable to get the plate removed after six months.
