I Have Had A Pain In My Lower Abdomen On

I have had a pain in my lower abdomen on the left side for 6 months now. It eased off for a period of time after a couple of months, but is now back and slightly worse. the pain sometimes spreads from my lower abdomen to my hip and testicles. The pain is worse when I sit hunched up. I have developed a dry tickly cough these past 4 months that comes and goes. finally, I have noticed if I breathe in to the maximum I get a pain under my left rib cage. I do suffer with anxiety. I have had a scan on my abdomen for a hernia, but nothing came back. I have a further scan scheduled, but no lumps are in my testes.
