I have had a rash on my breast, my belt-line, and my mons that comes and goes for months - but never quite goes away. it sort of responds to Metasone cream that i got from my general practioner but not entirely.

There are a lot of reasons for such a rash, right from allergy to certain garments to infections. Kindly meet a Dermatologist for your problem.
