I Have Had Pain And Swelling At The Base Of

I have had pain and swelling at the base of my neck w bulging arteries and pressure in throat. Also have extreme pressure in back of throat. Have been on same dose of levothyroxin for 6 years. Been complaining about more severe pressure for 2.5 years.. Found I have had Hashimoto disease for ?.26yrs?? HAve large growth on thyroid and pain in armpits, shoulders,neck. Escalating....had CT scan 14 days ago' heard nothing. Just turned 60 yesterday. Worried cause I feel awful all the time.
