                                                                Hi.. Your BP readings are in the normal limits and if the readings are consistently in this range, you may not need BP medications.. You may aim at lowering the readings by means of a good diet as you mentioned, exercises and managing your stress better.. Stress management can play a major role in helping you control the BP in a significant manner..
