I Have Huge Chorio Decidual Homorrage And I Am 6 Weeks Pregnant
i am 6 weeks 5 days pregnent i had ultrasoundT V S today which said early pregnancy not corresponding to dats andhuge chorio decidual hoemorrhage. doc suggested uterone 200 & corion 5ooo injecstion. adv rescan after 1weeks .doc tel me single intrauterine gestational sac without foetalpole is identified in uterine cavity . yolk sac is identified 2.8mms, there is chorio decidual separation measuring 32.5 mms *22.6, cervical length is 18.7 mms. impression- single intrauterine very early pregnancy of 6 wks 5 day nt corresponding to dats with huge chorio decidual hoemorrhage. im 28 years old,weight 43, height 5 feet. plz doc tel me everything is normal .my LMP is 09-04-11

Welcome to HCM.
According to your LNMP, the gestational age today is 10 Weeks. Since there is significant sub-chorionic haemorrhage,and the sac size is not corresponding to the period of amenorrhoea, the risk involved is large.
As your Doctor has rightly suggested, get a repeat TVS done after 1 Week and hope for the best.

The large haemorrhage which has occurred could be dangerous. But since the foetus is 6 weeks old, there could be some advantage. Stay positive. Take the drugs as advised. Remain cool as if you worry, there is more chance of trouble to the foetus. You must remain calm and peaceful.

the report is not good
if you had normal 28 to 30 days cycle in past your gestational age should have been 10 wks by this time
the report signifies missed abortion in the process of expulsion [abortion]
in early preg huge choriodecidual seperation lead to non viability of foetus
if you had delayed conception as it may be in irregular periods the usg finding may call for conservative treatment .hcg level estimation will help to determine the plan of action
most probably the process will end up with complete abortion or evacuation
early loss of foetus is mostly due to defect in the product and body reject and expell it to give chance of further normal pregnancy to occur
so ,do not worry .every thing will be all right in future
better not to get pregnant early after abortion .wait at least for 6 months
