i have night time incontinence and i wear diapers. my question is i never have had daytime accidents or pooped in my sleep and now its happening to me what is wrong oh im 20 and female

There is something called as Urinary incontinence and that is reason you are facing this problem . You should consult a Gynecologist and take her advice. There are certain therapies and also surgeries available I guess.
