I Have Not Experienced Any Bleeding. Is All Of This Normal ?

I am 18 and about 6 weeks pregnant . Throughout my pregnancy I have been getting cramps after I pee. I have not experenced any bleeding . I got blood work and the first time my hcg was at 400. Thesecond time(exactly a week later) it was at 9000. Is all of this normal ?
