Sir I have for the past 2 weeks a bearable pain and continuous swelling on my left leg, appart from this i recently developed breathing problem i.e when walk for few minutes or run my heart beats over 100/min what could be the problem
pain in calf muscle is owing to lack of vitamin b12 deficiency,hv food rich in vitamins minerals and protein.also you can start multivitamin as well calcium tab evryday one tab dat wl help you out to get ri of this pain.possibility is there if you had started doing your exerise since few days than that may also result into calf muscle pain so hv healthy food, no need to go for any medication.
Hi murali;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The normal heart rate of a person is between 70-90/min and if you walk ;run or do work the heart beat increases so if the heart beat is 100/min after walking it is normal.The problem of swelling and pain in a single leg (left leg) is not normal also the breathing problem is not normal.Please get examined by a Physician and investigated immediately to rule out DVT(Deep Vein Thrombosis).It can also be phlebitis if it is red and inflammed or TAO (thrombo angitic obliterance ) if you are a chronic smoker.Please write your age and better get investigated and treated.
Thanks
