I Have Pain On My Right Side Of Chest. And It Hurts To Breath

I fell and now have pain on my right side mainly in the chest I tripped and fell about 3 days ago. I fell on my right side and had the wind knocked out of me. I now have pain under my right collar bone pulling down. It hurts when i cough or breathe deeply by my right breast. Any ideas what i may have injured and how to heal it?

Chest pain caused by trauma usually becomes quite apparent after the doctor takes a complete medical history, and performs a physical examination. Sometimes a chest x-ray helps in making the diagnosis.
