You are mixing two things in one disease,
If you have got piles you do not pass blood in urine,there may be some other problem in your urinary tract.
If you have got piles you get bleeding from anal canal.
So first you go for confirmation of diagnosis and then treatment.
In piles you avoid constipation,take mild purgatives at night,avoid fried and junk food,
Take more green veges and salads.
Apply some analgesic or antibiotic creams.

First let me correct the question and i guess you want to say that you have bleeding in stools due to piles and not in urine because if there is bleeding in urine then it may be an infection or a stone.Piles causes bleeding when you strain for stools so first you should have soft stools without straining for which you should take fiber rich diet containing green leafy vegetables;fruit etc and avoid fatty;fried;oily food so that most of the problem of gastric trouble is controlled.Also get examined by a surgeon to see the extent of piles and he will see and prescribe the necessary medicines for you.
