hi... the normal size of the penis is from 3 to 4 inches in the erect state,, in flaccid state the size will further decrease.. 3 inches is enough to have sexual intercourse... you need not worry..
To stop excess of masturbation , avoid watching porn movies, pictures, divert mind to studies, work, sports, music... This will decrease the desire..
