Welcome to Healthcare Magic

Good Day
The results suggest you are having a urinary tract infection. You need to get a Urine culture and sensitivity done to find out the bacteria causing this and get the right antibiotic. Also drink 2-3 litres of water a day to reduce chances of stone formation and reduce symptoms. Consult your Urologist after getting this test and get the appropriate treatment.
