I have several white flat bumps on the labia majora of my vagina I have several white flat bumps on the labia majora of my vagina I have had a bartholin cyst abscess drained before at the doctors office The white bumps can sometimes be popped and very dry substance comes out However currently the white bump on the outer side of my labia majora has gotten swolen and is very painful Any suggestions on what I can do at home I am 40 years old and have no STDs or any problems or conditions related to this question.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
You should regularly wash the vulva with soap and water, preferably adding antiseptic solution such as Savalon to the water. Can apply local antisetic ointment such as betadine. Avoid bursting the blisters as it will spread the infection to other parts.
