I Have Severe Chest Pains Since Around 2 Days
It has only happened twice, but I've been having chest pains since around 2 or 3 today. Each time I'd have a gripping pain in my chest in the upper left region. It goes away quickly and last for only a second or two, but 5 or so minutes later it occurs again. this happened once around 2-2:30 and again about 15 minutes ago.

Such episodic pains are mainly due to a gastric problem. However, a cardiac problem should be ruled out by consulting a doctor. You shall need an ECG and also Echo to rule that out.
