I Have Soft Lumps On The Inside And Just Opposite My Anus
I m an 18 year old girl, overweight . recently I ve noticed two soft lumps on the inside and just opposite my anus. I often feel like I need to go to the bathroom although instead of a stool I get a mucus like substance(yellow in colour) and if I m able to pass stools it s usually painful and occasionally there are specks of blood to be seen(been happening for about 3 months) would it be symptoms of anything serious?

It seems that you might have fistula in ano,
Consult surgeon and get diagnosed.
Avoid constipation,
Take laxative at night.
Take plenty of water.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.

Hi...., The above signs and symptoms are suggestive of infection of the anal canal and rectum..
because of the irritation of the anus, you pass stools frequently.... it is like pin worm infection.. but you need to clinically examined and stool for culture and sensitivity and microscopy must be done only then can be appropriately treated...
