I Have Steady High BP, Is It Really Something To Be Worried About?
Hello, I m 19, a little overweight , and every time I ve been to the doctor over the past few months, my blood pressure has read about the same- around 140/90- it also read the same about a year ago when I had a full physical. Some say my BP is fine, others say its high. If its steady like that, though, is it really something to be worried about? Its not like its sporadic or all over the place or anything.
A normal blood pressure is 120/80. A lot of things contribute to high blood pressure...heredity, weight, fatty and salt foods, lack of exercise, smoking. alcohol consumption. Have your Doc check you out...
