I Have Stomach Pain, Dizziness, Loss Of Appetite

Since yesterday I have been feeling really sick I was sick several times in the night with pain throughout the stomach, and today I feel sick with some lower stomach pain, I have complete loss of appetite and feel dizzy if I stand up. I m a 19 year old girl and haven t been able to even get ready today. I have took paracetomal but that is no help?

hi
better to take rest ,light diet and fever or pain killer on SOS base .
these symtoms are very often if you exert or eat out side .
see for one day , other wise consult physician.
