I Have Taken Hepsera And Now On Baraclude For Chronic Hep B And Have Protein Deficiency In Blood

I m a 30 yr old Female with chronic Hep B which was diagnosed in 2004. Ive been with the same doctor since discovery. Ive taken Hepsera and now I m on Baraclude. Two years ago I was told I have a Protein S deficiency in my blood . Are these two conditons related or is this just a fluke?
