I Haven't Gotten My Period In Approximately Three Months
hi I haven t gotten my period in approximately three months and i have always had irregular periods but the other day i peed blood but when i peed later that day it was gone then i went poop and there was a lot of blood in my feces, I thought i had gotten my period but i am not bleeding at all now

Passing blood with urine or stool is totally different from having periods. You need to have urine analysis, ultrasound to rule out renal stones and polycystic ovaries and consult a surgeon to check for piles.
