I Haven't Had A Period In Over A Year Since

I haven't had a period in over a year since ablasion. I am seriously tired breasts nipples tender, nasal congestion, nausea, home pregnancy tests one neg one pos, had ultrasound 3 weeks ago said there was something there good blow flow in my tunes what's left of them and ovaries but had 2 small masses up high in uterus no blood no fluid. Pelvic congestion due to scarred tissue tech asked me several times was I sure my preg test at dr was negative and it was. No blood tests done. ??!
