I Heard A Popping Sound In My Foot Causing Very Painful Swollen Foot. Is This Sprain ?
i went to get up off the couch last night and my foot was numb and heard a pop and now it is all swallon and very painful using ice and elevated

Hi...., if there is severe pain at the site of injury and swollen ,
it is mostly suggestive of fracture.., you are need to be clinically evaluated, examined, also x ray, is needed to rule out fracture... at present you can take analgesics, not use the foot, because if fracture there will be dis-lodgement of the fracture fragment.. consult an orthopedician..
