I Hit My Head On Pavement And Now I Feel A Lot Of Sinus Pressure

I hit my head on pavement and now I feel a lot of sinus pressure lights and loud noises hurt is this normal On 2/7/11 I fell and hit the bacon my head. On 2/7 I was just a little sore but now I have a lot of pressure that feels like sinus pressure. I m sensitive to light, sounds and smells now.

Hi,

It is wise to get a CT scan of the head done at the earliest to rule out any hemorrhage in the cranium. Hence consult a general surgeon/ neurosurgeon for the same.
