I hurt my ankle/foot 2 weeks ago. on an off pain. major pain. no swelling what is wrong ?

mostly ankle trauma results in sprain and fracture.

your problem seems to a sprain of grade 2 and 3.

you should rest properly after applying creepe bandage and not hanging leg for a log time.

it will take 3-4 weeks to recover

so be patience
