I Just Turned 50 Years Old, Am A Female And

I just turned 50 years old, am a female and work part time as a nurse. I have long been prone to cysts and tendonitis with random, acute aches and pains, non injury related. My wrists have been an issue for a few years and my hands are now giving my some trouble. I have (mild) carpal tunnel, I have several small "cysts" in both hands that can become painful and then seem to disappear. Some days I wake up with swollen hands and / or painful fingers, or pain at the base of my thumb or palm. After 20 years, I must have my wedding set enlarged. It seems random and it affects both hands (more often the left) but is often much worse after doing yoga or "overuse" at work. My PCP recently checked my sed rate and another inflammation / RA marker and I was told they were WNL. My great aunt had RA. Please advise, wondering if I should consult a rheumatologist.... thank you, Andrea
