I Keep Having Stomach Pain And It Feels Like Cramps

Okay, so heres my problem. I was raped, i did not tell anybody but my boyfriend. My parents dont even know yet and i dont want to tell them. Now im about a week late. And i scared that i might be pregnant . Im only 15 and i was still a virgin before i was raped. I keep having stomach pain and it feels like cramps but im not sure. I wanted to know if there is a way to start my period with a pill or a home remady. Also, it has been more then a week since it happened.. help?

Well , I am very sorry, to say that your symptoms do suggest that you might be pregnant. Please inform your parents and get yourself checked.. the carmps also suggest possibility of ectopic pregnancy, which might be life threatening if left alone. Please do not delay.
