I Left My Diva Cup In Past The 12 Hours

I left my diva cup in past the 12 hours when I took it out I was too rough and I hurt myself now I have a few lesions that look like canker sores and it hurts. I was also treated for genital warts recently so I am scared the because of the tears I may have opened myself to infection... I have also considered that I have a yeast infection or vaginitis but I don't know if I'm just over analyzing...
