I Recently Had An US And Was Diagnosed With A

I recently had an US and was diagnosed with a 7.5 cm bilocular cyst and a bleed on my liver. I have 6/12 stomach distension which is the worst symptom i have as I am physically challenged. also I get the occasional bulge protrusion from the center upper abdomenan just over my belly button, I am also suffering from gas and acid reflux and heartburn . I am also suffering ongoing from shoulder pain.
I am booked now for an MRI on 24th this month due to the bleed on my liver and stomach distension.
I am very worried, should I be going to a hospital , what if the bleed is continuing and doing further internal damage, should I be working an going along as if nothing is wrong. Should I be taking immediate action and treating this with more urgency??
