I Recently Scratched My Frenulum. How Long Should I Expect To Wait For It To Have Healed Completely?

hi there i recently scratched my frenulum ( it was a mild scratch as the doctor had told me ) and its been 2 weeks since its happened im now able to retract my foreskin back to how it was before .. how long should i expect to wait for it to have healed completely or to an extent where i should be able to have sex again many thanks jake
