I Smoked Weed Once Does It Ruins My Lungs ?

i felt like my body is strong but my heart is weak and sometimes i had like panic attack. Did my heart being destory by the smoking, what else can i do ?

No, smoking anything once won't ruin your lungs. If you have a weak heart and having panicky feelings, can't get a good breath or feel overwhlemed sometimes, there are meds to help you, that won't make you a zombie. See a doctor.
