I Started Getting Sharp Heart Pains, Please Help

I started getting sharp heart pains about 4 hours ago. Every time I inhale deeply, I get a sharp pain in my heart. I thought it was something called Precordial Catch Syndrome, but it said that only lasts 3 minutes at the most. I m pretty sure that heartburns don t hurt for this long. Also note that I took some pepto bismol.. What should I do? P.S.-I m only 15 years old, I m physically active, eat healthy, and I m at a healthy (but skinny) weight.
