I have been taking phentremine since jan 14 10 and last night I started having tightness in my chest and it still hurts this morning even when i swallow.

tightness in chest is not a good sign get an ECG done yopu hight have suffered ischemia.

Go for ECG to rule out cardiac pain or ailment,
Chest pain or tightness at mid night should never be ignored.
