I Started With A Cold And Swollen Glands About Ten

I started with a cold and swollen glands about ten days ago. Then it moved to a cough and production of mucus. No fever, tired, a bit lightheaded. Saw doctor at urgent care and received Zpac even though not sure if viral or bacterial. Did better until a couple of days after finishing Zpac. Now have cough with mucus and more fatigue. Mild chest pains come and go, some discomfort in back at left shoulder blade.
