Sore, Swollen Nose, Cold

My nose is very sore to touch and swollen on the outside, like I got punched, but I didn t. I have no idea what it is. I have had a cold for the last 2 weeks, would this be the cause?

UR COLD HAS CAUSED INFECTION OF SKIN AND UNDERLYING SOFT TISSUES OF UR NOSE. AVOID TOUCHING IT REPEATEDLY. U NEED TO TAKE AN ANTIBIOTIC, ANTIALLERGIC AND ANTIINFLAMMATORY ANALGESIC TAB ALONG WITH A TOPICAL ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT. SOON U WILL FEEL BETTER.
