I Swallowed A 5p Coin Many Years Ago (1998-2000), Just

I swallowed a 5p coin many years ago (1998-2000), just wondering if the coin would have expelled/been dissolved via stomach acid, or if it may have gotten stuck within my digestive system somewhere. If the latter, would there be any repercussions? Such as fragments of the element slowly entering my blood stream and doing any damage? (According to several sources, the coin in question can be made of either Cupronickel or Steel).
