I Used Tincture Of Donnatol For Pyloric Stenosis When I Was Younger But I Am Unable To Find This Medication Now

Thamkyou for taking my question. I had surgery for pyloric stenosis as an infant and now at 78 I am having symptoms again; I used to use tincture of donnatol for symptoms when I was younger but am unable to find this medication now; aqny suggestions?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history surgery for pyloric stenosis in childhood and now at the age of 78 have similar symptoms and wants to know the availability of Tincture of Donnatol for getting a relief.
This is not easily available at the moment and there are better medications and before you go for any medications, it is very important to know the exact diagnosis.
This can be possible by the following:
Upper GI Endoscopy, biopsy.
Barium studies for esophagus, stomach, duodenum and so on.
This will give the exact diagnosis and a plan for further management.
