I Usually Get A Headache And Nausea Whenever I Drink Cold Drinks. Is There Any Good Remedy For This ?

I usually get a headache and nausea whenever i drink coke,sprite or any other such as pepsi etc (no alcohol). is there any good remedy for this ? I don t get any headches or other problems if i drink juice but its only carbonated beverages(coke,sprite,etc) It never use to happen before ,but I ve been getting these symptoms for over a few months now.. :(

This seems to be migraine. Migraine worsens on taking fizzy drinks, chocolate, ice-creams and cheese. It is better to avoid those items which will give you a headache.
