I Want To Improve Health And Weight.

hi doctor i m mohsin 24 years old. i m very thin my weight only 45 kg.this is big problem for me. i take everyday good food items like fruit,egg,vegetable,meat,rice and fruit juice but my health do not improve. now what can i do for improve my health and weight. i m very ugly and worried about my health.pls help me for solve this problem and increse my health and weight. thanks

If your weight is low for your height and if your other family members are having better BMI ( body mass index) than you,and if you have abdominal problems, in that case
you can consult a gastroenterologist for possible small intestinal problem.
