Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
Exercise regularly and eat fiber rich fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Go for a Brisk walk for a hour daily and do cardio exercises. Avoid high calorie foods and junk. Keep off from carbonated beverages. Drink plenty of water and sleep adequately for 8 hours minimum. If possible join swimming classes.
Good Luck.

thanks for choosing health care magic. As per your height(165cm) your body mass index is 25,if you are female then it should be 23 and if you are male 25 is ok.So there is no need for your to loose this much weight.just do regular exercise and take healthy diet.in any case this much fast weight loss is not desired as it can lead to complications.take care and enjoy life. You should not target more then 10% in one year.so relax and if still in doubt see your family doctor.
