Your BMI body Mass Index ~27. BMI more than 25 is over weigh. Your recommended weight is 58 -77 kgs.So you are over weight.
You need to loose weight.
Do two things 1. Exercise
2. Low fat diet , low calorie diet.
It is better if you consult one of our Dietitian who will help with your diet part.
