I Was Awakened With Intense, Pulsing Pain In Both Legs

I was awakened with intense, pulsing pain in both legs and both arms. This lasted more than an hour. I have had 3 C-spine surgeries with the last one 10 years ago. Does this sound neurological or should I see a cardiologist? Had a stress test and echo a year ago - all was well. I have also been experiencing unexplained dizziness for over a year; however, the pulsing pain is new by one day.
